Members' Testimonials:
"I joined Toastmasters to improve my presentations to large audiences for my line of work. However, I have also gained superior leadership abilities and I have learned how to properly chair and conduct business meetings, conferences and events. Toastmasters provides far more than just exemplary presentation skills. It assists me with my day to day communication skills as well. Thanks Hamilton #1."
- George B.
"As a new graduate student, I'm using my Toastmaster experience to not only improve my public-speaking techniques but also to help raise my confidence and ease with thinking "on my feet". I anticipate that learning about rules of order for business, how to introduce guest speakers and how to chair meetings will also be a benefit within my faculty. This group was and continues to be a welcoming and fun centre through which to build your skills."
- Rob C.
"I joined Toastmasters in September of 2004 in order to
come in contact with people who are positive and who want to
develop themselves. The effect on me has been very positive as I
continue to challenge myself and grow. Since joining
Toastmasters, I enjoy the freedom of self-employment, a bigger
income and a state of mind that sees opportunities I didn't know
existed." - Ross C.
